This isn’t another conference.
It’s a room full of women who get it.
The ones who know what it’s like to juggle a launch while booking dentist appointments…
To dream bigger while wiping sticky fingers…
To crave strategy and space in the same breath.
This Mother Means Business Live is where entrepreneurial mothers stop hiding their ambition, drop the guilt, and remember they’re not building just any business — they’re building a life.
No hustle culture. No endless note-taking. No fluff.
Real conversations, real strategy, and the tools, skills and people you need to make your dreams a reality.
You’ve been to other events...
...and you left with a notebook full of ideas, and no idea what to do next. TMMB Live is different.
This is a business strategy designed for women who are also raising children. We’ll talk numbers and nervous systems. Funnels and flexibility. Sales and self-trust. Because growth shouldn’t come at the cost of your health, your family, or yourself.

You’ll hear the behind-the-scenes truth, not just the highlight reel.
Hands-On Skills & Tools Lab
This new segment is all about doing, not just listening. Build your tech confidence, test-drive tools, and learn the platforms that simplify your systems and sharpen your edge.
Curated Connection
This isn’t awkward networking. It’s intentional conversation with women who see both your ambition and your exhaustion. You’ll make aligned connections… the kind that last longer than a business card.
Founder-Focused Marketplace
Shop from women-owned brands that align with how you live and lead. Support fellow founders, discover new favourites, and celebrate what it means to buy with intention.

LESLEY TURNER
Lesley Turner helps women stop living by internalized expectations and start choosing on purpose.
Her work blends somatic awareness, intuition, and emotional pattern recognition to uncover the reactions, guilt, overthinking, and second-guessing that keep capable women stuck in smaller lives than they’re meant for.
A wife, mother, and entrepreneur, Lesley creates the kind of clarity that changes how you parent, lead, relate, and make decisions - so your life reflects who you actually are, not who you learned to be.

Jill speaks candidly about motherhood, entrepreneurship, and the often-unspoken realities of ambition and navigating a recent corporate exit. She rejects the “default spouse” narrative and role, and builds systems at home and at work that actually support growth and a family, not hinder it. Her work centers on helping women build businesses that are profitable, sustainable, and aligned with the life they want to live.
