Hi! I’m Kyla Hotham — a women’s health physiotherapist, postpartum fitness coach, and educator. I help women heal persistent core and pelvic floor symptoms through a holistic, mind-body, and nervous system-based approach. Whether you’re navigating postpartum recovery, managing prolapse, diastasis recti, or chronic pelvic health issues, I support you in reconnecting with your body, building strength from the inside out, and moving with confidence and ease.
Through my programs, workshops and 1:1 coaching, I empower women to tune into their body’s wisdom, move in ways that feel good, and create lasting health and vitality — without pressure, fear, or unrealistic expectations.
I’m also a mom and entrepreneur, so I understand the juggle of running a business, raising a family, and trying to care for yourself. I’m passionate about creating spaces where women feel supported, heard, and empowered — and I love connecting with like-minded women who are building lives and businesses rooted in purpose and balance.
